We love fajitas in Texas, and this salad is a deconstructed version of this classic Tex-mex favorite. The homemade chips, vegetables and cumin marinade in the chicken are perfect for this salad (recipe in the archives). I believe that food should look beautifully appetizing, but it also must taste absolutely delicious. I think this salad fulfills that mission.
