I adapted this recipe from a lovely German blog Krautkopf and loved all the Indian flavors that were incorporated and the beautiful colors of the presentation. I simplified the recipe somewhat, and although there is still quite a bit of chopping involved to prepare the chutney and sauces, in my estimation, worth the effort. These healthy, vegetarian burgers are so flavorful and a nice change from a regular veggie burger and loved the crispy coconut flakes that were a perfect final touch. I served with curry roasted brussel sprouts.
