This recipe is inspired by Halfbaked Harvest.  If you have not visited that blog, you should! There are so many wonderful recipes and beautiful food photography that is very inspiring.  This particular recipe was originally featured as a soup on her blog with ramen noodles (which I don’t care for), so I created an asian noodle bowl that has a very similar caramelized pork, some extra vegetables and extra ginger.  The pork could easily be served over some coconut rice.
