This salad is so delicious and easy and such a fine way to enjoy tomatoes that are not quite as sweet as they are in summer months. I am so lucky here in Houston to have access to incredible produce. For this salad, I selected mostly heirloom cherry tomatoes, some Campari in as wide a variety as I could find. Adding, fresh mozzarella, basil and minimal seasoning was the key, and of course bread to mop up all the beautiful juices.
