These decadent squares are a winning combination of flavors, especially if you like peanut butter. I use a creamy peanut butter and then add jumbo roasted salted peanuts for some crunch and flavor. They cook up quickly and don’t require a mixer. A whisk and a bowl will do the trick. For thicker fishier brownies, use an 8×8 inch pan and increase cooking time by a few minutes.
