I love a new cookie recipe and these buttery, nutty and Chewy cookies with browned butter are sweet and delicious. I changed the sugar ratio by increasing the dark brown sugar to 1/4 cup and reducing the white sugar to 1/4 cup as I think it yields a chewier cookie and more richly flavored cookie and lowered the baking temperature to 325 on the convection setting.
