Tacos are delicious any time and when you have access to great fish, it is a great opportunity to serve a healthy, delicious meal.  If you don’t have mahi-mahi , select any fish that is a bit steak-like, swordfish would work wonderfully as well.  Serve with this fresh tomato pico, black rice, some slaw and guacamole  and make your family happy!
