This is a great make ahead meal that is perfect for a busy family. The meatballs are spiced with fresh parsley, onions, garlic and some smoked paprika. I bake the meatballs and add them to the pasta coated with lovely red sauce and cheese and bake the casserole to heat before serving. For a very saucy casserole, you can double the amount of red sauce, you can add or subtract the amount of cheese you prefer according to taste. My family loves a cheesy version.
