These delicately citrus cookies from TuttiDolci are so perfect for spring and such a perfect texture. To get the powdered sugar to adhere and not melt during the cooking process requires a thick coating on the top. If you can’t find Meyer lemons, I am sure regular lemons would work, but the flavor may be a bit more aggressively citrus. I love this food blog and have found many wonderful recipes.
