This spicy-sweet dish is a great weeknight option and a full meal in a bowl. You can easily substitute other vegetables like beans, snow peas or carrots if desired. If you are a fan of a heavy sauced dish, you may want to consider doubling the sauce amount. I like to use Tenderloin Tips as the beef is much more tender, albeit a bit pricier. It even tastes good warmed up the next day!
