These delicious yeast rolls are slightly nutty and slightly sweet.  They are a little denser than the traditional dinner roll, but taste wonderful with the seasoning which you can find at Trader Joe’s.  It’s perfect on the rolls, but would be delicious with eggs, or even sprinkled on some vegetables.  I find that the whole wheat takes a little longer to rise, but with patience and a warm spot, they do just fine.  I love Bob’s Redmill Whole Wheat Pastry flour for this recipe –it has the perfect consistency for the bread.  Happy Baking!
