A cozy dish that comes together quickly and relies on a few ingredients for the sauce. I substituted Lacinato kale for the “L” element and added onion and garlic for an easy weeknight meal. You can use your favorite pasta for this dish, I used mafaldine which looks like a long thin lasagna noodle, but any variety would work just fine. I think using the thick cut bacon is better than the regular kind as it holds up better in the dish.
