I was inspired to make this meal in an effort to get dinner on the table in a hurry.  It was a perfect use for leftover brown rice.  If you don’t want to make the teriyaki marinade yourself, you could use your favorite store-bought brand and add some fresh ginger and garlic.  the tenders quick so quickly as do the vegetables and come together beautifully in a bowl.  If your preference is for a  like a saucier dish, I would recommend that you make extra to serve alongside.
