This cookie recipe has been adapted from the cookie recipe from Neiman Marcus. I am always looking for new ways to enjoy a great cookie, and I think this combo is quite good. My favorite part about the cookie is the oats which are finely ground in the food processor and become an oat flour.  This process involves a little more labor, but it does that give the cookie a great texture.  I use both semi-sweet chips and milk chocolate chunks along with walnuts that add great flavor.
