I love making all sorts of vegetarian  burgers as they are so accommodating to a wide range of flavors and are hearty and nutritious.  They also freeze pretty well so if you make several, you can always allow them to thaw and enjoy them at a later date.  A ring mold is a great Cook’s tool and helps to make a perfectly shaped burger. It is not essential, but helps with a beautiful presentation and uniform burgers. Place the cooked burgers on a simple green salad and you have a beautiful lunch or replace a traditional burger and enjoy in between bread. I sprinkle the burger with panic which gives the burger a nice crispy exterior when sautéing.
