A delicious hearty soup that combine, barley, bulgur and brown rice in a spicy broth.    The recipe comes from Food and Wine and I love using the dried chilis which impart so much flavor and heat in the broth.  A great way to warm up on a chilly night. I garnished with a dollop of yogurt and avocado and grilled bread on the side…. just right.
