The basic recipe for this bread is from Cooks Illustrated. I added 2 cups of fresh blueberries and some cinnamon for this beautiful loaf. It has an intense banana flavor and the blueberries are a bonus. The key to this bread is using bananas that are spotted with brown specks. Don’t throw them out! They are the perfect flavor bomb for the bread!
