Love these decadent festive cookies that are a bit labor intensive, but so great for a holiday table. The recipe is adapted from Williams and Sonoma slightly as I eliminated the mint flavor added to the white chocolate and found some of the quantities and directions not quite right. I added some extra pistachio on the outside to give a hint as to what was inside.
