At this time of year, indulgent treats abound. These cookies combine the flavors of the season in a fudge decadent cookie that have naughty all over them. The base of the cookie is chocolate and I add some semi-sweet chocolate chunks and peppermint chunks that have a subtle, but delicious hint of peppermint ~ perfect with the chocolate! I make my cookies rather large and these ones do spread in the baking process.
