It is so easy to make delicious granola. This recipe is adapted from No Spoon Necessary, a lovely blog I follow. It is a great topping for just about anything and uses all the flavors of the season. I love a lot of spices in my granola, but if you prefer less, you can always adjust the flavors to your personal liking. Granola is very forgiving and you can add or subtract some of the fat and sugar, although it will impact the crunchy factor and ability of the granola to cluster. You will love the smells emanating from your oven as this lovely mixture is baking!
