The sweet and savory combination of Asian flavors works so well in this dish. The easy marinade can be used with any variety of fresh flaky white fish. I used sushi rice for the fried rice, but you could also use jasmine if you prefer a less starchy type of rice. I suggest steaming your rice ahead and letting it cool before combining it. If you chop and prepare all your veggies for rice ahead, your rice comes together quickly.
