These noodles and vegetables have great flavor and are if you can’t find Asian Noodles, you can always substitute substitute a thin spaghetti, vermicelli or even ramen. I use a lot of ginger and garlic in the recipe as I love the flavor it adds. While I appreciate a vegetarian meal, my boys are less satisfied if meat is not present, so I served this with my Mongolian beef which was a great combination. If you prefer no heat, you could definitely eliminate the chile garlic sauce and Fresno chile garnish. The black sesame gomasio if your not familiar with it is a combination of black sesame seeds and sea salt – it works great on salad and eggs and perfect for this dish.
