Taco dinners never get old in our house and a different sauce can make a huge difference and change the entire flavor of your taco. The base of the crema is non-fat Greek yogurt with some buttermilk to thin it out, so it is healthy and delicious. I served this with a black bean corn salad and guacamole. If you have extra crema, it makes a great salad dressing base the day after when thinned with some white wine and olive oil.
