This vegetarian side dish is wonderful alongside a family-style meal or just with a hearty salad. I adapted the recipe from Halfbakedharvest, making a few adjustments. I omitted the blueberries entirely — and rather than grilled asparagus, I roasted some artichokes and added them to the farro salad. I warmed my hummus before serving so it was super creamy and delicious with the bread.
