This no-bake dessert from Tutti Dolci is a wonderful make-ahead dessert that is wonderful in the summer when the cherries are in season and so delicious. I actually assembled the entire dessert ahead of time and froze it with the whipped cream on it, rather than assembling it at the last minute which made it easy to serve at a party. I would recommend making extra Cherry-amaretto sauce to serve on the side.
