I am so inspired by all the creative food bloggers. This recipe comes from Halfbakedharvest– like most of the recipes on her blog, this one is fresh, seasonal and not only looks beautiful plated, but tastes so good! Use fresh summer corn and I actually added a little extra, as it is so good at this time of year. I also added some fresh chives to the herb assortment, and loved the simplicity of the recipe.
