While this setting in Watersound Beach can make almost any cocktail hour close to perfect, these simple gulf shrimp tacos really help to make the experience wonderful. I found these minortillas at a local eatery here on 30A, and thought they were just ideal for these bite-size appetizers. If you can’t find the smaller size, you could easily use a biscuit cutter to cut out a 5″ circle or create a smaller size (a bit wasteful, but you could always use the extra to bake baked tortilla strips for a salad).
