There are plenty of amazing Granola recipes, but this one has such unique flavor and combines  Quinoa to add to the crunch and texture. I added some extra ginger and cinnamon to the original recipe and some juicy raisins as well, but otherwise followed the directions as specified. I served it up with some Greek yogurt (of course) and fresh figs — a perfect way to replenish after yoga.
