A great summer dessert that requires no baking and is made up of five delicious ingredients. I added some fresh raspberries for garnish and would recommend a high quality of chocolate. For the Chocolate shards, I melted about 2 ounces of chocolate and spread it thinly with an offset spatula on the back side of a cookie sheet. I let it freeze for about 30 minutes, then scraped it up with the back side of a metal spatula. You can freeze them again until ready to garnish your dessert. Use a spoon as the warmth of your hand will melt the chocolate. Wow your friends and family with an elegant dessert that makes for an impressive presentation and a decadent finish to any meal.
