I love that this recipe can be prepared in the crockpot from Just A Taste.  The addition of blackberry jam into the marinade gives it a wonderful, tangy sweetness. I added about 2 tablespoons of fresh ginger to the crockpot recipe and some fresno chile at the end and served it with steamed rice and a Ramen Cabbage Slaw.  It all worked quite well together.
