Sometimes the most simple foods create the best synergy. This combination may not seem the most obvious, but it is so delicious and healthy. My daughter turned me on to the addition of peanut butter. Our friends have blackberries growing at their lakehouse and shared some with us which made for a perfect breakfast dish. The fresh mint was the final touch– all delicious!

Ingredients:

1 cup Greek yogurt

1 cup mixed berries

1 sliced banana

1 heaping spoonful of best quality natural peanut butter ( you could substitute almond butter also)

Fresh mint 

Place all ingredients in a bowl and enjoy!  No recipe or instructions required!
