This is a great last minute dinner when you want to get supper on the table quickly.   It is great for kids, but tasty enough for adults as well. The drumettes cook up in less than an hour and with the flavorful marinade, you will have  your diners licking their sticky fingers. I love to serve this with a creamy Mac and Cheese and some roasted vegetables.

Serves 4-6

Ingredients:

30 drumettes

1 teaspoons hot sauce (or to taste)

4 tablespoons honey

1/2 cup salt lick bbq sauce (pick your favorite), a good tomato based sauce will work, more for serving if desired

2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp cayenne (or more to taste)

2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon Tabasco

Kosher salt and pepper to taste
Directions:  Spread wings out on a baking sheet and sprinkle seasonings all over wings.  Place in bowl and toss with remaining liquid ingredients for marinade.  Set in fridge for about an hour.  Preheat oven to 425.  Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with cooking oil.  Spread wings out, (being cautions not to over crowd, use two pans if necessary) and place in oven for about 40 minutes.  Shift pan about half way through and toss wings to insure even browning and cooking. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before transferring to a platter.   Serve with extra sauce if desired.
