It is wonderful to live in a family of fishing enthusiasts, especially when they bring home dinner!  This recipe works with most white fish as long as it is super fresh and is so healthy and delicious. Of course, the freshness of the fish is critical. The acidity of the citrus cures the fish over a period of time and then you simply add a few added flavors for a taste of the ocean that is sooooo good.
