I squeezed a head of roasted garlic, fresh chopped garlic and some anchovy paste for ultimate umami flavor. Layered with the additional flavors of fresh tomatoes, olives, capers and crushed hot pepper, this pasta is so fresh and lively. The Puttanesca sauce would work great over rice or even grilled chicken.
