This bowl and salad is a fusion of asian spices all in one. The pork tenderloin is butterflied and pounded thin with a great marinade that sits over night and grills in minutes.  The roasted brussel sprouts and shiitake are a great link to the sesame noodles and the cucumber salad is a refreshing finish to the meal.

Assemble bowls with sliced meat on one side, roasted vegetables in the middle and noodles filling the last third of the bowl.  Serve Asian salad on the side.  Enjoy!
