You will love these delicately flavored biscotti with your coffee.  The combination of tart cherry with the almond flavor is a winner. The white chocolate drizzle is a bit of extra decadence, but it it looks beautiful and tastes great with these delicious italian treats.  These are quite easy to make, you have to be a bit patient as they cook twice in the oven.  I prefer my biscotti on the softer side, so I don’t bake them until they are very crisp, but you could increase the baking time if that is your preference.
