A wonderful way to prepare spaghetti squash. I added about 8 oz of  chopped spinach to my mixture and lots of chopped basil.  I also included some mozzarella balls before baking and shredded Parmesan and opted for whole milk ricotta and used about a cup of ricotta rather than the reduced fat.   Be sure to drain the spaghetti squash well before mixing it with the other ingredients.
