My family loved this recipe and while you don’t need chicken and shrimp necessarily, both worked well with these noodles. There is a lot of chopping involved so I recommend getting your mise en place organized before you start to cook. This helps you execute the cooking stress-free.  We love the flavors and if your family is like mine, yours will too. I served with roasted broccoli and the noodles even tasted great the day after.
