Love this simple recipe that are so easy to make and so delicious. I definitely recommend using wild blueberries and if the batter is a little thick, you can thin with a bit of milk or Buttermilk. I oftrn add a bit of zest from and orange and a bit of cinnamon for a sweet note of citrus and spice. Sprinkle with a light dusting of crystallized sugar for extra sparkle.
