Start your day right with this fruity, wholesome option.  Smoothie bowls are all the rage and I am a big fan– they are fresh, healthy, filling and delicious.   The granola is so easy to make and so good for snacking, on yogurt with a smoothie or with fruit.  For the smoothie I combined greek yogurt, a banana and about a cup of frozen blueberries which help give the right amount of ice without making it watery.  I added a little cider to attain the right consistency.  You could use any yogurt – fruit combination that suits you and add honey if you need sweetener or  flavored yogurt.  Slice bananas and add berries for garnish and flavor.
