Citrus is at its peak and this salad takes advantage of the beautiful flavors and colors. A bed of mixed greens and baby kale cradles roasted Fennel, Grapefruits, Blood Oranges, and Cara Cara Oranges, but you can use any citrus that is seasonal and delicious. The feta adds some creaminess and sweetened by the lemon tahini dressing.
