I love the flavors in this delicious chicken marinade that sits beautifully on top of a bed of French lentils. I like using the french lentils as they tend not to get as mushy as other varieties and retain their shape as they soften. The spicy sweetness of the chicken rub works best if you let the chicken marinate for several hours or even overnight if possible. You can easily grill the chicken as well.
