This recipe could not be easier and more delicious. You can make them without a mixer in one bowl ( I melted the butter in the same bowl that I mixed the batter). I used an 8 x 8 pan, rather than a 9×9 pan. I baked them for 30 minutes at 325 on convection setting and they were just right, but if you like your brownies underdone you could go a little less. I always use Penzey’s vanilla and cinnamon in my recipes as I think the flavor is much better than the supermarket brand. Add these to any holiday table or just to make the world a sweeter place!
