Beef Chili is great, but this lighter version using turkey is very flavorful and not as heavy. It also comes together in about an hour which makes it easy enough for a weeknight meal. The buttermilk cheddar biscuits are from Ina Garten’s recipe and my only addition is about 3 tablespoons of chopped chives. I use a round biscuit cutter to shape my biscuits, rather than cutting the biscuit dough into squares. Links to both recipes are below!
