This is my standby chicken recipe that works if you are planning to grill or bake your chicken breasts. You can easily substitute some yogurt for the Buttermilk. The key is to let the chicken marinate for at least 4 hours. It works with any spice mixture; curry seasoning, Greek seasoning, spicy southwestern or most any other. The enzymes in the Buttermilk act to tenderize the chicken and make the chicken less dry. Be generous with the seasoning. Special, spoiled dogs love this chicken as well!
