This is a wonderful no bake dessert that is show-stopping in presentation and a mint-lover’s dream dessert. You may be tempted to buy a natural mint ice cream that doesn’t have the green color, but the contrast of the green and the chocolate exterior makes for a great contrast when serving. I served my tart with fresh mint as a garnish and a dollop of whipped cream on the side just because! It holds well covered in the freezer for several days.
