A delicious and colorful side dish that you could serve with any protein. It has excellent flavor with eastern Mediterranean notes and presents beautifully on any table. I made a couple of slight modifications, I used golden raisins as I had those on hand and  added lots of fresh parsley at the end to brighten the dish just before serving.  I found this recipe at Food and Wine and found the instructions easy to follow and straightforward.
